The decoder suitable for bidirectional "RailCom®" communication and updating (digital only) can be used to switch functions, such as lighting in DCC systems. It does not have an engine connection and is preferably fitted in coaches or driver's cabs to activate the front lights or interior lighting. The original light reversal also works on a DC network. The decoder has 4 outputs, 2 of which are pre-configured for headlight inversion (white/red). Two additional functions can be activated via the f1 resp. f2 functions on the control device. This assignment can be varied to a large extent for each function output. Brightness intensity can be set individually for each output, flashing light mode can also be selected.
