Requirements
Your order must contain a blank decoder to be programmed.
Customised programming
After adding the motor of your choice to your basket, Jura Modélisme offers you sound effects programming made by our technician.
He will take care of setting up the decoder and adding the sound effects you want.
Testing and verification
Your machine will be tested and verified before and after programming, to verify its proper functioning.
Follow-up work (if you purchase a new motor to program)
1. After payment, you will receive a summary of your order by email, to the address you gave when you placed your order.
2. Our technician will then process your request as quickly as possible (1 to 2 weeks depending on the number of requests).
3. Once the intervention is complete, our technician will re-contact you by email or telephone to proceed with the shipment of your product.
Follow-up of the intervention (if you send us a motor that you already own to be programmed)
1. Before purchasing this item, please contact our technician by email at: sav@jura-modelisme.fr informing the model on which he will have to intervene.
2. After receiving a confirmation email for taking charge of the intervention, please validate the payment of this item, and you will receive the summary of your order by email, at the address indicated at the time of your order.
3. Then, all you have to do is send us your motorbike to the address: 7 Rue Jean Bertin, 39800 Poligny.
Within 15 days before your order is cancelled.
You will be notified by email when it is received.
Note : This package is valid for only one machine.If you wish to digitise several models, it is recommended that you modify the quantity according to the number of machines.
