Putty for land construction Hydrocele is a construction agent that allows different landscapes to be modelled similar to the originals and allows houses and buildings, tunnel portals and bridges to be inserted. Hydrocele building blocks are extremely light yet very stable. Mix the hydrocele to a paste-like consistency. The contents are sufficient for a putty mass of approx. 780 ccm (3/4 l), i.e. more than 3/4 of the volume of this pack, when mixed with approx. 0.5 l of water.
